Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression) with the help of SPSS Version 20.0. The result indicated that three of the independent variables such as product quality, product size, and product design have a moderate and positive relationship and; significantly affect organizational performance. Whereas, a product line which is the fourth independent variable has a weak relationship and insignificant effect on the performance of target organizations. Abstract

Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has not yet been ranked the highest in various fields of Islamic economics. Therefore, this study intends to analyze fiscal and monetary policies that can be the basis for developing sharia economic policies in Indonesia. This research method uses a qualitative type with a library research approach. The results of the study found that fiscal policy in an Islamic economic review is an obligation of the state to become the rights of the people, so that fiscal policy is not only a necessity for economic improvement and increasing people’s welfare, but rather on the creation of a fair economic distribution mechanism. Monetary policy in the view of Islamic economics should be free from elements of usury and bank interest. Because in the perspective of Islamic economics, usury which includes bank interest is strictly prohibited. With this prohibition, bank interest, which in a capitalist economy becomes the main instrument of monetary management, is no longer valid. The Indonesian nation as a country with a majority Muslim population is ideally able to implement fiscal and monetary policies that are in accordance with Islamic economic principles or Sharia compliance.

    Abstract

    Abstract

Islamic banking has a unique position compared to conventional banks, namely the permission for Islamic banks to carry out business activities that are multi-finance and trade (trading) through buying and selling contracts. But unfortunately, this uniqueness is dominantly applied in the collection of Islamic banking funds. Whereas there are other things that are more urgent, namely the khitthah of Islamic banking as a profit-sharing bank, not only in raising funds but also in financing, which is actually widely accessed and needed by the lower middle class. Islamic banking in carrying out banking operational activities is not only for business purposes, in the form of material benefits, but also pursuing happiness in the hereafter. For this reason, the authors analyze Adinugraha's thoughts on sharia banking in Indonesia, where Islamic banks in carrying out banking operational activities not only based on banking provisions in general but also based on sharia provisions. Islamic banks must obey the sharia principles that are implemented from establishment to their operations.

    Abstract

The study of asymmetry in the perception and cognitive representation of the cinematographic image as an ideal object (art object) and of the aesthetic experiences it produces is probably one of the most controversial and debated contemporary research directions in this field. Although this topic has animated for millennia artists, philosophers, art critics, creators of photographic or cinematographic picture, as well as prominent researchers in various fields of Neuroscience, no firm solution has been established yet. The association often used in fine arts, but also in Mathematics, Physics or Biology, of symmetry, with what we currently call “beautiful”, has not been scientifically validated until now. Based solely on empirical observations, it inspired and spurred generations of creative artists that resorted to symmetry as a way of organizing compositional architectures.

    Abstract

In this paper we examine the significant changes in content moderation and free speech policies at Twitter following Elon Musk's controversial $44 billion acquisition in 2022. We trace the takeover process and subsequent organizational shifts, including massive layoffs and altered content guidelines. The study explores the complex balance between fostering free expression and mitigating harmful content on social media platforms, contextualizing Twitter's challenges within broader debates on digital governance and online discourse. The research analyzes Twitter's pre- and post-acquisition approaches to content moderation, highlighting Musk's "free speech absolutist" stance and its implications. Key policy changes are discussed, including reduced content removal, the "Freedom of Speech, not Freedom of Reach" principle, and expansion of user-driven moderation tools like Community Notes. The paper also addresses concerns raised by critics, advertisers, and governments regarding potential increases in misinformation and harassment under the new regime. Ultimately, this analysis underscores the ongoing tensions between free speech advocacy and responsible platform management in the digital age. It offers insights into the evolving landscape of social media governance and its wider societal impacts, particularly in light of Musk's influential role at Twitter.

    Abstract

Television in its classical form was a one-way mass medium, which meant that information was delivered from a single entity (television) to a number of viewers. There were few feedback mechanisms; at most, people could call newsrooms and send letters and, later, emails and messages through which they could interact with journalists. Audiences were passive on shows and news except for interactive shows where moderators could interact via live phone calls. All this changed with the advent of social media and mobile devices. Viewers were able to interact via the stations' social networks. In addition, social platforms allow anyone to produce media content daily, and all these key points have turned passive audiences into active participants. However, there is also a significant challenge: the risk of fake news. With this article, we have conducted a theoretical and empirical analysis of how the flow of information on TV channels has evolved. The article could be helpful for researchers as well as media specialists.
